Born in Gabon and trained in France, Chef Serge Pambo is the co-owner of Pure Kitchen Culinary Concept
A new way and moderne aproach to the culinary art.
Despite a late entrance into the culinary world, he has become a master of french cuisine.
Chef Serge Pambo Began his journey in Meaux (France) at école hôtelière du Gué à Tresmes.
He expanded his knowledge and experience by working for more than a decade in France.
Some of the restaurants were :
– “Le Napoléon III”
– “Les Grandes Marches” with Christian Constant 1 michelin star
– “Le grand bofinger”
– “La suite” with celebrity Chef Cyril Lignac.
In 2005, Chef Serge Pambo relocated to the United States in Birmingham, Alabama.
Upon arrival Serge worked for Chef Frank Stitt (James Beard Award winner) at Bottega restaurant.
In 2008, Chef Serge became co-owner of Café de Paris, voted the best French restaurent in the city of Birmingham.
In 2013, Chef Serge Pambo sold his part of Café de Paris and relocated to the DC Metro Area.
Chef Serge’s desire to move into his next journey in the culinary arts and entrepreneurship, pushed him to to create something Innovative and fresh – PURE KITCHEN CULINARY CONCEPT.
Chef Serge Pambo is known for his creative and inventive modern French fusion cuisine.
PKCC uses FARM fresh ingredients, paired with classic and nouveau culinary techniques.
